This 1 hour class & 30 minute q&a can help you get back in and stay in conversation with your daughter. Whether she’s 17 or 37, she craves a close and connected relationship with you. But if the conversation isn’t easy, she’s going to create distance. In this workshop I share scripts, tips and action steps to get mothers back in conversation with their daughters. Immediate access to the workshop plus a worksheet with over 50 conversation prompts to implement TODAY.

Small Group Coaching
Mother’s Power Circle (adult daughters)
Mothers join together biweekly to connect and learn how to lessen the distance with their daughters ages 13+. Along with a core focus on growing your relationship, we work together to lay the foundations necessary to understand what has happened to get you off course, how to bring you back to together and keep you there.

Mother’s Power Circle (teen daughters)
Mothers with daughters ages 17 and under join together biweekly to connect and learn how to protect and repair their bond. Along with a core focus on growing your relationship, we work together to lay the foundations necessary to understand what has happened to take you off course, how to bring you back to together and keep you there.

College Girls Power Circle
Our Power Circle for College Girls was created to help college aged women rise into their most powerful self. To give peace of mind to mothers who feel disconnected while their daughter is away. Who see how strong and badass her daughter is and are waiting for her to embrace it herself! Girls join our circle for friendship, guidance, support and to grow their self-esteem while navigating their college years.

When mothers and daughters are invited into deeper more intimate conversations, love and empathy grows. Immersive Weekend
It’s your private mother-daughter retreat from your every day. Join Hilary on a weekend retreat especially curated to bring your relationship closer. This weekend is designed to help you repair any distance between you so you feel more understood and loved through the connective conversations and experiences you will have. This is for a mother or daughter who wish to improve their mother-daughter relationship but need to begin the work alone. Through private and personalized guidance, Hilary will guide you to understand what has happened and the unique steps to take to begin putting the pieces back together.

This is for mothers and daughters of all ages to come alone or as a couple. Through private and personalized guidance, Hilary will help you heal what’s hurting and open your eyes to the dynamics that have pulled you apart.
