Meet Hilary

With over 15 years as a family therapist and more than four years dedicated exclusively to the mother-daughter relationship, I’ve helped hundreds of women reconnect, rebuild, and repair what felt broken beyond repair.

My journey into this work didn’t start with textbooks—it started with deep curiosity and lived experience. When I narrowed my private practice in 2018 to support only girls and women ages 12–25, I quickly noticed a pattern: the tension, disconnection, and pain between mothers and daughters was everywhere. But the solutions? They weren’t in any training I’d ever received.

As a daughter myself—and a mother to a daughter—I needed answers too. So I studied everything I could get my hands on. I found mentors, read every book on the topic, and developed a framework that not only changed my clients’ lives—it transformed mine. That framework became the foundation for the 12-week process I now walk women through with clarity, compassion, and lasting results.

We meet weekly for 12 weeks in a rhythm that blends joint and individual sessions—because both voices deserve to be fully heard. I get to know each of you: your stories, your patterns, your pain—and most importantly, your hopes.

We leave no stone unturned. From generational patterns to present-day tension, we unpack what’s blocking the closeness you both crave. And we don’t just talk—we integrate. You’ll receive personalized tools, guided practices, and access to my signature courses to support your healing between sessions.
